I am an outpatient counselor who enjoys working with children and adolescents. I graduated from the University of Mary with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and continued my education at the University of Mary to graduate with a Masters of Science with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

This profession presents itself with many rewarding opportunities such as working with individuals to help them feel heard and guide them through difficult challenges. My theoretical approach is made up of evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also utilize expressive therapies including play and art.
